Perhaps I spoke prematurely
when I suggested that Global Warming experts were deserving of special recognition. Because it looks to me like ALL our experts are doing great work. Check out this awesome headline from Reuters: U.S. "War on Terror" Eroded Rights Worldwide: Experts. Oh yeah, you know that felt good to read. Not only does it give the night=day suggestion that the War on Terror was bad for freedom, but it put quotes around "War on Terror," as if to suggest that freedom's favorite phrase was just some sort of sloganistic gimmick, rather than a proper label for the eternal struggle between good and evil which has only recently manifested itself. And hey, that certainly bodes well for us nihilists.
And we all know this doesn't make a lick of sense. I mean, America literally invented liberty. So if a freedom-loving country like the US of A was kicking butt around the globe and sticking it to the terrorists, how could that be bad for freedom? It's not like we were attacking innocent people. These were extremist terrorists, the worst of the worst. And we were being led by a noble and courageous leader like George W. Bush, who was once widely acknowledged as being a holy combiner of Abraham Lincoln and Winston Churchill. Any halfwit would know that global freedom could be the only outcome of all this.
And yet, nihilism prevails again. Why? Because they're stuck dealing with "reality" and "provabilities," while we get to chuck factoidish hand grenades and verbal slanders at them with impunity. While they're carefully crafting their plans to democratize the world, we smear them as "war hungry crusaders" intent on world domination. The stupid empiricists didn't stand a chance. With socialist leaders like Gordon Brown pushing from the outside, liberal nihilists like us pulling on them from the inside, and all our terrorist brothers pressuring them from every which direction; it's a surprise America still exists at all.
And now the experts speak. Freedom-lovers are destroying freedom. American strength is weakening us. War equals death and destruction. With Orwellian contradictions like this on our side, it's no wonder evil is winning. They might have God on their side, but unless he can convince them that their noble goodness is a lead-weight pulling them down, they're doomed. Truth is a disease. It's about time they learn that.

Since we invented liberty, I guess we can do with it whatever we want. And if Bin Laden's driver didn't want to go to Gitmo, he wouldn't have been Bin Laden's driver.
