Nihilist Supreme Court Nominee of the Day: Sonia Sotomayor

Empathy. More than anything else, the word that best fits nihilists is "empathy." We're empathetic. We feel things. We allow our emotions to overrule our better judgement. And we judge truth and reality based upon how we feel at the moment. That's what makes us nihilists, because rather than have a firm bedrock in traditional principles and values, we change according to the empathetic whims of the moment. Squishy feelings are what nihilism is all about.

And that's why it's so awesome to announce the nomination of such an extremely nihilistic liberal freakshow like Sonia Sotomayor. Sure, she has a well-deserved reputation as being the most activist judge in American history, so much so that even our leftist Supreme Court is forced to overturn her whimsical decisions as a regular part of its workload. But the true sign of her nihilist rejectionism is the great empathy she shows towards people of her own race and gender. That's not to say that a white male shouldn't bother showing up to do business before the court; merely that he should know he'll lose...always. Not because that's fair or just, but because that's how she feels.

And Sotomayor has an excellent track record of abusing political correctness to get what she wants. As Carpetbagger summed up:

top of her class at Princeton, Yale Law School (editor of the Yale Law Journal), successful big-city prosecutor, corporate litigator, trial judge, district court judge, appeals court judge. She's earned the respect and admiration of her clerks, colleagues, and the lawyers who've argued before her. Sotomayor's intellect is not in doubt.

Wow, who knew Affirmative Action and hot Latin blood could get you so far? And all because she's a first class nihilist who enjoys using her gender and race as weapons against anyone who stands in her way.

And it's her extreme sexism and racism that gives her the upperhand that white males like George W. lacked. He might have been a Yale-Harvard legacy, but the white man-meat in his trousers was enough to disqualify him from the special protections afforded to nihilists like Sotomayor. So while he spends the rest of his days clearing brush in Crawford, she's getting ready for a lifetime appointment. Yet another sign of the deplorable treatment white men are subjected to in this country.

And so I find it a great honor to put Sonia Sotomayor in the large pantheon of Nihilist Supreme Court Justices, alongside other such bigtime denialist rejectionists like Ruth Ginsburg, Stephen Breyer, and Anthony Kennedy. And with fair-minded moderates like Roberts, Thomas, and Alito playing nice, it leaves the moderate-conservative Antonin Scalia as the only force able to stop the tidal wave of nihilism that Sotomayor's great empathy will help sweep across the nation.
